We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage a team of Orderbookers, Trade Developers, and STOMERS to drive sales growth, expand distribution, and ensure market execution excellence. The role focuses on team supervision, trade engagement, performance tracking, and delivering on route-to-market objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead, coach, and manage field teams to achieve sales and distribution targets.
Ensure outlet coverage, route planning, and market penetration.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and report on KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and distributors.
Drive market execution standards, availability, and visibility.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of sales/distribution experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with sales reporting tools and territory management.
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned regions.
