Attend to shift hand over meeting.
Check trough Boiler water level.
Monitor ash chute for ash blockages.
Perform water treatment analysis.
Clean Air filters.
Clean HFO Filters.
De-Ash Boilers.
Monitoring Coal level and clean of silo room.
Cleaning of Combustion on Boilers and Air heaters.
Soot blow Air heater Elements.
Record daily water usage.
Clean Boiler house, Compressor room, HFO Room, Ammonia Plant and Fire pump house and general Is areas.
Clean boiler house drainage.
5S of the boiler house.


What will make you successful


Matric with Maths                                                                                     
Minimum 2 years Technical Experience in the boiler operation, utilities / service operation.  
Trade Test Certificate
