We are looking for an experienced Talent & Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment and talent development efforts. This is a strategic role focused on attracting exceptional talent, supporting employee growth and driving employee development across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:


Proactively attract, source, and headhunt top talent to meet business needs.
Design and implement programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and long-term career development.
Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters, industry professionals, and academic institutions.
Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and high performance.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
5 to 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and employee development.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and workforce plannings.
Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an added advantage.
