Applicants MUST have the following academic/professional qualifications:


An earned Ph.D. in the relevant field from an accredited or recognized university


OR


Master of Medicine (MMed) in Anaesthesiologist and Critical Care Medicine from a recognized University or fellowship (CANECSAA) in Anaesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine.
Have a minimum of 24 research and publications points, of which at least sixteen (16) must be from refereed journal papers
Have at least three (3) years of teaching experience at the University level or three years research/industry experience
Be registered with a relevant professional body
