MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric certificate/ equivalent
Relevant Trade Certificate
MS Office Proficiency
Thorough understanding of procurement procedures / stores administration
Certificate in Maintenance Planning (or equivalent experience)
Medically Fit
Onkey (Pragma) experience will be advantageous

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

5 years’ experience working in an engineering planning position
5 years’ experience working with engineering maintenance plans – plant in particular
Working knowledge of Mine Health & Safety Act
A proven track record in maintenance management
Basic knowledge of contract mining industry

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting on plant productivity
Accountability for the management of all business aspects of engineering planning & plant maintenance
Procurement of TMM parts/spares and other engineering items
Generate controls for engineering maintenance
Management of engineering maintenance budget
Management of critical spares
Maintaining & improving good client, supplier relationships
