i participated in implementing accelerating HIV epidermic in Soroti and did the following;

Conduct monthly index client testing, conduct viral load bleeding ,follow up of clients (KPs, adolescents, pregnant and lactating mother's) with non-suppressed viral load for Intensive Adherence and Counseling (IAC), Follow up of Prep missed appointments, conduct DSD services for key population, follow up of KPs for Prep Refills, follow up of TB clients with missed appointments, follow up of pregnant and lacting mother's, follow up of lost appointments, moon light testing, Distribution of condom and lubricants, APN Testing, IPT refills, TB screening, TB contact tracing, pyscho-social counseling, referrals and linkage, follow up of GBV survivor's, formation and support of CCLADS.
