We are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Enrollment (Sales) Advisor to join our team. The elected candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential students/prospects and support their enrollment in the university.

 Responsibilities:
Our candidate must carry out the enrollment process for new students by monitoring and managing the assigned database to achieve the university goals. 
Other responsibilities include:
- Formalize new students’ enrollment 
- Attend appointments and provide information for those interested in undergraduate or postgraduate careers
- Follow up on the assigned database through telephone calls
- Achieve your daily, weekly, and monthly sales goal (enrollments) reaching the established conversion rates
- Walk along the applicant throughout their admission process (registration, exam, interview, payments) and follow up on each case individually
- Use of the Sales Force CRM (typing, reports, panels) 
- Complete the delivery of the students file with the company requirements on the established times  

Qualifications and Skills
EA’s applicants should meet basic skill and qualification requirements to be able to perform the common job duties. Skill requirements are:
- At least 1 year of experience as an education sales or service advisor
- Graduate in Business or any other commercial related diploma, overseas education in USA, UK, Europe will be considered as advantage
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian Language
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective communication
- Problem solving capabilities
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
- Readiness to work under pressure
- Intermediate level in CRM
