Key Responsibilities:


Transport management to and from designated locations in a friendly and professional manner
Transport guests to and from designated locations in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guests with their luggage
Maintain the vehicle clean and in good condition
Adhere to all traffic and corporate regulations
Report any accidents or injuries to the management immediately
Ensure the shuttle service is provided in a timely manner
Provide information to guests about the local area and hotel amenities
Perform routine vehicle inspections
Resolve any guest complaints in a calm and professional manner


Job Requirements:


Proven work experience as a shuttle driver, taxi driver, or similar role
A valid driver’s license
A clean driving record
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Knowledge of the local area’s roadways and attractions
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift heavy luggage
