Requirements:

Education:


Bachelor's Degree in Education (mandatory).
Master's Degree in Education Management/Administration (added advantage).


Experience:


At least 8-10 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or similar role.
Proven experience in a reputable, high-performing girls' boarding school.


Skills and Expertise:


Strong understanding of school operations and administration.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and effectively manage staff and students.
Proven track record of delivering high academic performance.
Good communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with staff, students, and parents.
Counselling skills to provide guidance and support to students and staff.
Ability to foster a vibrant school culture focused on student success, discipline, and holistic development.
Competence in overseeing academic and operational functions, maintaining high standards and ensuring safety.
Capacity to collaborate with the Principal to set and achieve strategic educational goals.
