LOCATION: ORCHID RD, LEKKI 

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Store Cashier to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the accuracy of cash management.

RESPONSIBILITIES :


Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout theirtransactions.
Accurately process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuringcorrectness of totals and payment methods.
Handle cash, credit, or debit card payments, and issue receipts or change as necessary.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer by accurately counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring and recording stock levels.
Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies.
Prepare daily financial reports and submit them to the management team.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while performing daily tasks.
Greet and engage with customers in a courteous manner
Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

Experience with Point of Sale System and Software


REQUIREMEMT


High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
