Requirements


Preferred Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or TESOL/ELL.
Teacher certification from an accredited university/college.
Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in early intervention, early childhood LS, or ELL.
Knowledge of early childhood development, play-based and inquiry-driven learning, and inclusive practices.
Experience applying the MTSS framework for planning, intervention, and monitoring.
Cultural proficiency and prior experience in a multicultural school setting.
Competence in using educational technology, including Google Suite and child-centered tools.
Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of pedagogy and approaches, including:

Social Emotional Learning
Language acquisition and literacy development
Student-centered and strengths-based practice
