Role Purpose:


To support the Emergency Rescue and Training Centre in administrative and coordination functions, contributing to efficient training service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle training-related inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions for individuals and corporate clients.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Assist in preparing training materials and logistics.
Track training schedules, attendance, and certification records.
Liaise with trainers and clients to ensure seamless training execution.
Provide general administrative support to the Rescue and Training Centre.


Qualifications and Skills:


Recent graduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with a customer-centric mindset.
