Job responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting employees in on-boarding, labor contract signing, resignation, etc.;
Responsible for understanding the local social insurance payment situation and paying social insurance for employees;
Responsible for attendance statistics, staff probation assessment, transfer, staff file management;
Responsible for assisting in dealing with the company's tax issues, reporting and tracking;
Responsible for the formulation of administrative rules and regulations;
Responsible for budget, management and review of administrative expenses;
Responsible for the maintenance of environmental hygiene in the office area.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, administrative personnel, management and other related majors is preferred;
Familiar with local labor law, social insurance and other laws and regulations;
more than 1 year of relevant work experience, with strong communication skills, coordination skills, judgment.
