I have worked as lecturer in an institution of higher learning, Mzuzu University for more than 17 years. Currently serving as Dean of Faculty at Mzuzu University. I have developed a number of tool kits to guide nursing and midiwfery education and practice. I have facilitated curriculum development, reviews, evaluation and implementation both locally and internationally.
