Aimable NZABIRINDA is a certified Senior TVET Trainer, TVET Trainer, and In-Company Instructor Lead Trainer by Rwanda Polytechnic (RP)/Rwanda TVET Trainer Institute (RTTI), certified DACUM Facilitator by MCT, certified TVET CBC development and CBT/CBA implementation in Rwanda by Korea Tech.
My duties include but are not limited to the following:
(1) Facilitating Curricula and training manuals development;
(2) Formatting and Editing curricula and training manuals;
(3) Planning and conducting Training of Trainers; and
(4) Planning and conducting In-company Instructor (ICI) using different approaches (blended and face-to-face) that correspond to participants’ ability level;
(5) Facilitating class activities, coaching and mentoring, evaluating participants’ progress, and providing constructive feedback;
(6) Building a participant’s portfolios by collecting work representing his/her performance;
(7) Installing and maintaining computer software;
(8) Troubleshooting and maintaining computer security systems threats;
(9) Installing and configuring the network;
(10) Providing ICT-related technical support.
