Job Summary
• Responsible for recording, analysing, auditing and reporting financial transactions while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers. • Assist in handling financial remittance and reports • Assist in annual Audit preparations and more • Assist with stock audit of all the stores • Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely settlements. • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. • Assist with audits, budgeting, and tax compliance. • Monitor petty cash and maintain proper financial documentation.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. • Good knowledge of audit systems • Minimum 2–4 years relevant experience in the real estate/Construction industry is preferred. • Proficiency in accounting software, Tally, QuickBooks, and ERP systems is an added advantage. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Integrity, confidentiality, pay attention to details, and the ability to meet deadlines.
