Key Performance Outputs

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Chief Airport Planner and will be responsible for but not limited to the following:


Draft design/proposals obtained from Project team, prepare draft design drawings in accordance with approved standards, accurately.
Ensure that all drawings utilized by the business unit (projects) are up to date and archived
Receive and ensure that project As-builds and/or construction data comply with ACSA standard.
Create and compile project As-builds according to the approved procedures and ensure that all relevant documentation is accurately recorded in the company system.
Create management CAD information in support of project teams
Gather, capture and disseminate information pertaining to project CAD documents, set up and maintain the database.
Receive finalized CAD drawings on project closures and handover to IAM CAD administration Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals.
Implement remedial actions where required 
Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance
Obtain information, check for accuracy and capture data.
File documents per procedure.
Provide built environment-related management information i.e. spatial plans, schedules etc.
Interface with group CAD drawing office


Technical Skills and Experience

The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:


Diploma (3 years - 360 credits) built environment is essential. 
AutoCAD certificate is essential
Built environment counsel registration is advantageous
1-2 years operational experience in CAD is essential.
Built environment voluntary association is recommended.
