Reports To: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:


Market and sell insurance products.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Analyze client needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
Handle renewals, claims follow-up, and maintain accurate records.


Qualifications & Requirements:


Diploma in a business-related course; COP certificate is a must.
At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
Strong communication, sales, and customer care skills.
Age: 25 years and above.
