Qualifications
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university
• Must be an Advocate of the High Court
• Should be well versed with the Constitution of Kenya;
Responsibilities
• Advise management on legal and compliance matters.
• Undertakes research on various legal aspects and processes relating to the company operations.
• Develops mechanism for mediation and reconciliation by the company where appropriate
• Provides legal counsel on legal issues impacting on the company
