OVERALL FUNCTION

As the Referral Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and brand advocacy through our referral program.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing referral strategies that incentivize our current customers, partners, and advocates to refer new users to our platform. Role and responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive referral program strategy that aligns with our business goals and supports our growth objectives.
Identify target audiences and segments for the referral program.
Create engaging referral program materials, including promotional collateral, referral codes, and resources for advocates.
Design attractive referral incentives that motivate participants to refer new customers.
Program Implementation
Launch and manage the referral program across multiple channels, including email, social media, website, and app.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate the referral program into our overall marketing initiatives
Cultivate relationships with existing customers, partners, and influencers to encourage their participation in the referral program.
Provide excellent support to program participants, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Monitor and analyze the performance of the referral program, tracking key metrics such as referral conversions, participation rates, and engagement levels.
Provide regular reports on program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Develop persuasive messaging and content to promote the referral program to our existing users and potential advocates.
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging materials that highlight the program's benefits.
Continuously iterate and optimize the referral program based on insights, feedback, and market trends.
Stay informed about industry best practices and innovative referral strategies.

Qualification and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in developing and managing successful referral programs, preferably within the EdTech or technology industry.
Strong understanding of referral marketing tactics, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate advocates and participants.
