Key Responsibilities

Assess current and new staff performance: You will monitor and evaluate the performance of both current and new employees, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement where necessary.
Talent recruitment: You will assist in the recruitment process by identifying and evaluating potential candidates for various positions within the company.
You will contribute to the creation of onboarding materials that will help new team members quickly and effectively acclimate to their roles and the company culture.
Orientation of new team members: You will lead the orientation process for new hires, providing them with a comprehensive introduction to their role, company policies, and the company culture.
Assess current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and streamlining.
Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the solutions implemented.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and individual coaching sessions to ensure employees understand and can effectively utilize new processes and systems.
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Be up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
