The Project Manager will be the project lead and will specifically be in charge of partnership management and communication, coordination of all the project activities between GCN, implementing partners, and other key stakeholders, supporting capacity assessment and capacity strengthening of implementing partners on all project-related functions. Further, the manager will also be in charge of supporting the development of project performance measurement frameworks, supporting all M&E processes, development of work plans and budget projections, and reporting among other functions.
Qualifications: 
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or Community Development, and a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution of higher learning with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a similar position in a national or international NGO. S/he should have strong knowledge on education, green skills and, climate change adaptation issues at both the national and regional level; possess excellent, management and coordination, communication, partnership, documentation, and report writing skills.
