The Senior Officer is responsible for management of special and high value outsourced debt files as well as supporting and coordinating team efforts to achieve performance targets.

Minimum of 5 years working experience in a debt collection role attained from a Debt Collection Agency, Law Firm or Financial Institution.
High level of communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
Degree in Law or business related field.
