Key Responsibilities:


Lesson Planning: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
Teaching and Facilitation: Deliver high-quality instruction, facilitating learning through play, exploration, and discovery.
Assessment and Feedback: Monitor and assess children's progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Parent-Teacher Communication: Collaborate with parents/guardians to share children's progress and involve them in learning.
Child Development: Understand and apply knowledge of child development principles to support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
Curriculum Development: Contribute to curriculum planning and development, ensuring alignment with educational standards.


Additional Responsibilities:


Observation and Documentation: Observe and document children's learning, using this information to inform instruction.
Differentiation: Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, including those with special needs.
Collaboration: Work with colleagues to achieve common goals and support school-wide initiatives.


 

Education: B.A Ed, B. ED Early Childhood Education, PGDE.

Experience with Jolly Phonics is key to this role.

Must be experienced with montessori methods of learning.
