Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Care Assistant located in Abuja at NaidCare.
The Resident Care Assistant will provide daily support and assistance to clients, including personal care, companionship, administering medication, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities also include assisting with daily activities, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the client's home.


Qualifications


Experience in providing personal care and support
Knowledge of elderly support and/or disability care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Empathy and compassion towards clients
Basic understanding of medical procedures and administration of medication
Physical stamina and ability to lift/move clients when necessary
