Maintain all buildings, furniture/fixtures on campus regularly.
Maintain the water system, gas and electricity installations.
Make sure compost pits are clean and well-kept and that all garbage is collected from the compound and staff quarters.
In close collaboration with any given contracted cleaning company, he/ she shall see to it that the compound and all public premises of UMU, including offices, classrooms, halls of residence, Guest House, Dining Hall and all staff compounds are cleaned and maintained.
Liaise with the Campus Warden and the Assistant Registrar for Student Affairs as needed.
Maintain all movable and immovable university vehicles and machinery in collaboration with any contracted mechanical, civil or electrical engineering company.
