To identify and address the legal, practical and commercial risks and requirements in lease agreements for branches and Campus buildings


Experience

Minimum:


At least 1-3 years’ experience in a legal environment in retail or property as a qualified attorney.
Negotiation of contractual terms  


Ideal:


Similar experience in leasing within a property and / or project management environment  


Qualifications (Minimum)


Bachelor's Degree in Law


Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)


Masters Degree in Law


Knowledge

Minimum:


Law of Contracts, specifically lease agreements  
Commercial know how (business acumen, how organisations work)


Ideal:


Retail leasing knowledge
