The M&E Manager will be responsible for the project’s monitoring & evaluation and learning needs. The M&E Manager will also be responsible for developing a Monitoring & Evaluation plan, helping determine performance and impact indicators and targets, and providing support to proposal development for M&E components. The job and requires a high level of independence and leadership.

Provide technical support in design and development of the project’s M&E plan.
Develop project monitoring plan (PMP) of the initiatives in line with project logical framework approach
Support project staff in defining SMART objectives and key performance indicators.
