Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date SACCO related records.
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and members’ accounts.
Ensure proper records management in the accounts office
Provide excellent customer services to SACCO members and new applicants.
Educate members on SACCO policies, financial literacy, and available financial products.
Ensure timely processing, disbursement, and recovery of loans.
Perform any other duties assigned by the finance manager or Sacco Chairperson
