Minimum Requirements    

QUALIFICATIONS:

BCom Management Accounting (Essential/Minimum)
Certificate First Line Management (Recommended/Desirable)

EXPERIENCE: 

3-5 years Relevant Accounting, Finance or related. (Essential/Minimum)    Operational

REQUIREMENTS: 

Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)

Duties & Responsibilities

To execute the business partnering role for the Business Unit. 
Be responsible for the management accounting function including the planning, budgets and forecasts. 
Interpret the financial results, monitor cash flow, capital expenditure programmes and management reporting systems development.
