Key Responsibilities:


Clean guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and disinfecting surfaces.
Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and writing materials.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, such as lobbies and hallways.
Handle guest requests for extra supplies or services promptly and courteously.
Follow safety regulations and guidelines for use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Follow the hotel’s lost and found procedures and report any lost or found items to management.


Job Requirements:


Previous work experience as a Housekeeper or Cleaner is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
Good communication and customer service skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent may be required.
