Amy's classes are a lot of fun. I've been to a few of them. The recipes are easy to follow. The areas we use are open, inviting and all set up for our class to "get to work." Her ability to explain techniques simply must come from years of he being a 4th grade teacher. The treats are tasty and I meet new friends each time I join the group! Highly recommend.
