Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from concept to completion.
Design, plan, and implement building and infrastructure solutions.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all projects comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Prepare engineering reports, plans, and budgets.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in real estate or construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Coren certification is a Plus
Must be resident in Abuja
