YOU'LL GET TO...

Inspect bodywork and frames on vehicles to determine the extent of damage and identify necessary repairs.
Repairing scratches, dents and other damage to bodywork and replacing any parts that cannot be repaired.
Straighten and realign chassis and frames, using specialist tools and equipment.
Reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories.
Replacing or repairing windows, car interiors and exterior trim.
Apply body fillers to repair damaged areas, and sand surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
Perform welding tasks to repair or replace damaged sections of the vehicle.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Maintain equipment and work area, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of tools.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 5 years+ experience as an Auto-Panel Beater or similar role.
 Relevant certifications or training in automotive electronics (preferred).
 Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and materials.
 Ability to work on a range different vehicle body types.
 Proficiency in using welding and metalworking tools and equipment.
 Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
 Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
 Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
 Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
