Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of staff, visitors, and materials while maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities


Safely transport staff, clients, and goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
Ensure the proper maintenance and servicing of company vehicles.
Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods and materials as required.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times.
Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle expenses.
Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring efficiency in transportation.
Provide courteous and professional interactions with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Assist in any logistics or administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements


A valid driver’s license.
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional driving experience.
Good knowledge of routes, traffic laws, and regulations within the operating area.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
A clean driving record with no history of accidents or violations.
