Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile, results-driven Project Manager who combines project management, business analysis, product strategy, data insights, and partnership development into one impactful role.

You will oversee high-priority projects for Circuit Pointe and its partner and sister organizations, coordinate activities across teams, and manage initiatives that drive business growth. This includes delivering client-facing projects, pursuing calls for bids, exploring new partner programs, and supporting internal teams with strategic coordination.

Your work will directly influence the success of product launches, client engagements, strategic partnerships, and funded initiatives across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities


Project & Product Management


Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with organizational and partner goals.
Coordinate and monitor the activities of other team members to ensure alignment with project plans.
Draft SOWs, project charters, and set up project boards in Jira or similar tools.
Support the setup and governance of an IT PMO structure.
Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action trackers.
Ensure data integrity across reporting systems.


Business Analysis & Research

Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
Map workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
Proactively identify and evaluate relevant RFPs, EOIs, and tender opportunities for the organization and its affiliates.
Research, evaluate, and register the organization into relevant partner programs to expand reach and benefits.
Develop go-to-market plans and new business strategies.


Partnerships & Client Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps.
Identify and engage prospective clients, partners, and collaborators.
Align deliverables with client, partner, and organizational objectives.
Build proposals, bid documents, and pitch decks for new opportunities.




Preferred


Certifications in Project Management, or Business Analysis.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, SmartSheet, MS Planner, or collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Notion, Trello).


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in project management, business analysis, and product or partnership coordination.
Strong Power BI skills (dashboard design, data modeling, DAX).
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing client-facing projects and working with external partners.
