Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement the annual preventive maintenance plan on all mechanical and related company infrastructure.
Undertake corrective maintenance by route cause analysis.
Manage performance of assigned teams through target review.
Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance team.
Implement planned tasks focusing on total quality of the team output.
Maintain active communication within the department and with customers.
Coaching, evaluating, and developing technical team.
