Job Description

Are you an experienced Fleet Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization?
As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's fleet of vehicles. This includes ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained, safe to drive, and in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
You will also be responsible for managing the company's fleet budget, negotiating contracts with vendors, and implementing policies and procedures to optimize fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, overseeing repairs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize fleet operations and reduce costs
Manage the company's fleet budget and negotiate contracts with vendors
Track and report on fleet performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify trends and potential issues
Communicate regularly with other departments to ensure that fleet needs are met and that company objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a fleet of vehicles
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to fleet operations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
