Responsibilities include:

Oversee the planning, development and managing of capital improvement projects.
Responsible for planning the resources and processes necessary for ensuring effective project delivery.
Provide overall technical guidance, monitoring and oversight of all access to finance and investment facilitation and promotion activities.
Establish and manage strong relationships and communications with key financial partners and value chain players in order to build trust and transparency.
