Ensure the BoQ is detailed, itemized, and in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
Provide detailed specifications for all materials required for the partitioning, including quality standards and compliance with relevant construction regulations.
Develop a detailed cost estimation report, breaking down costs for each item listed in the BoQ and identify potential areas for cost savings without compromising quality.
Develop an implementation plan that aligns with the project timelines and resource availability.
Submit the final BoQ, material specifications, cost estimation report, and implementation plan to the UNODC offices.
Provide ongoing technical support and consultation during the initial stages of the implementation phase to ensure adherence to the BoQ and resolve any arising issues.
