Dr. Jack Welch, Is an extremely talented College President, Administrator, Educator, Promoter and Coach. He has the necessary insight, knowledge and leadership skills to run a business such as our Community College and to run it well. He has good vision and long range planning and He communicates well with our College School Board, Administration, Faculty, Staff and Students through various organizational staff meetings and he lets them all know what our objectives & goals are and how he wants everyone working together as a team to achieve those goals. He keeps Bourbon county and our surrounding communities well informed of FSCC status by having FSCC State of the Union addresses and by the many civic organizational appearance he makes throughout the community and throughout are service area. He has many articles that he has written titled "From the Bleachers" and he provides them to Ft Scott BIS and our public newspaper the Ft Scott Tribune. He is a very capable leader and we are very blessed to have him at at FSCC!
