We are looking for a Clinical Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare research to assess the effectiveness of a new therapy by analyzing patient data before and after treatment. The candidate will be responsible for designing data analysis plans, conducting statistical tests, and generating evidence-backed reports for internal and regulatory purposes.

Key Responsibilities


Design and execute statistical analysis plans for evaluating clinical outcomes.
Analyse before-and-after treatment data to determine therapeutic impact.
Clean, validate, and manage healthcare data from multiple sources (labs, EHRs, patient reports).
Prepare clear visualizations, graphs, and reports summarizing findings.
Collaborate with clinical staff and researchers to interpret results in a clinical context.
Support protocol development and ethics submissions if needed.


Qualifications & Requirements:


Bachelors Degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Data Science, Biomedical Sciences, or related.
Master’s or PhD in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Health Data Science, Biomedical Sciences, or related will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in analyzing healthcare or clinical trial data.
Solid understanding of clinical outcome metrics and statistical testing (e.g., paired t-test, ANOVA, regression).
