Adejisola Omogunwa is a lawyer who is interested in working at either a Non- Governmental Organization, a Law firm or any other organizations
I graduated from Adekunle Ajasin University and then proceeded to the Nigerian Law School.
Whilst at the university, I was actively involved in the running of the Akungba Law Clinic, an arm of the faculty which specializes on social and community justice for the students, members of the university community and also the host town in general. In terms of academic, I developed passion for areas of law like the Law of Evidence, Human Rights and Constitutional Law.
After my university education, I proceeded fot the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Abuja where I was posted to the Legal Department of the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria. I also spent part of my time during the NYSC program undergoing a graduate internship program at Sterling Law Centre.
While in Law School, I served as Extern at Olusola Oke Chambers, Akure, Ondo state. In this firm, I underwent training in many areas of legal practice such as client counseling and management, core litigation practice, property law practice and also had practical appreciation of professional ethics. Within the law firm, I improved on my drafting skills and learnt more about legal communication and courtroom ethics.
