Responsibilities


Work with HR team to plan and conduct employee recruitments, orientation and all on-boarding activities.
Work with HR Manager and HODs to set up key performance measurement matrix and indicators for all job functions and ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of all employee work results periodically.
Monitor performance appraisal procedures and ensure its compliance.
Encourage employee communications and provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job function, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Ensure proper management of staff resources and maintenance of occupational health safety.


Requirements


HND / B.Sc / BA.
1 - 2 years of HR work experience is required
HR Certification is an advantage.
Candidate must be a passionate about HR, Peoples Management and Business Sustainability
They must have worked or is currently working in a well organized company with HR systems and procedures
Candidate must presently reside with Agbara axis.
