Interface & Experience Design
• Design high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and UI specifications across web, mobile, USSD, and internal platforms. • Apply design systems and accessibility principles to ensure consistency, clarity, and inclusivity. • Translate workflows, service blueprints, and user stories into intuitive interactions and layouts. • Drive simplicity, visual harmony, and intuitive navigation through thoughtful design craft.
Agile Product Development
• Work closely with Product Managers to co-define MVPs and prioritize design iterations based on user and business value. • Collaborate with software engineers to hand off and support implementation of UI designs, ensuring fidelity and feasibility. • Participate in agile rituals (standups, retros, sprint planning) and contribute to shared delivery rhythm.
Feedback Loops & Iteration
• Conduct usability testing and synthesize feedback into actionable design improvements. • Analyze usage data (heatmaps, click paths, drop-offs) to identify pain points and refine UX. • Maintain a feedback loop with end users, developers, and product owners for continuous design evolution.
Design System & Standards Stewardship
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the enterprise design system. • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and responsive design principles. • Advocate for visual and interaction consistency across the product ecosystem.
