Avanti Energy Services Limited (Avanti) is a Ugandan national company, which engages in providing services to the upstream oil and gas production industry within Uganda. Avanti was awarded a contract by a major oil and gas service company to source and employ in excess of 100 Ugandan engineers, technicians, operators and laborers to support their oil drilling operations within Uganda.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Petroleum Engineering, or related field 10+ years of cumulative work experience, including 3+ years in oil & gas marketing
Strong grasp of Uganda’s oil industry and market dynamics
Experience in overseas markets is a strong advantage Skilled in market analysis, planning, execution, and innovative marketing approaches
Proven leadership and cross-cultural communication abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and the local language
Resilient, adaptive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
