Job Description

Reconciling the company’s bank statements, procurement/ inventroy and bookkeeping ledgers
Collaborate with financial manager and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks
Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
Create financial documents such as invoices, payables, receivables and purchase orders and payment vouchers.
Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and reconcile with the bank.
Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.
Manage payroll activities and release salaries.
Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors
Filing5 and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.

Job Requirements

HND / B.Sc in Accounting or any other related professional qualification.
2 to 5 years working experiences in Bottle water industry.
