JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ensure the safety of passengers by conducting pre-flight safety checks and delivering safety demonstrations. • Greet passengers with a welcoming tone and assist them with boarding and seating arrangements. • Provide attentive and courteous service during flights, including serving meals, beverages, and amenities. • Respond promptly to passenger requests, enquiries, and concerns with professionalism and empathy. • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin environment throughout the flight. • Monitor passenger behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Collaborate effectively with fellow cabin crew members and cockpit crew to coordinate operations and address any issues that arise.
