Requirements for appointment


Diploma in operations & dispatch or in fleet management or in locomotives from a recognized institution
 Computer application from a recognized institution


Duties & Responsibilities

 Vehicle Maintenance and Services;


Ensure that scheduled services for all fleet vehicles are completed on time and in accordance with company policies;
Research and verify that service and repair costs are competitive with market prices to ensure cost-effectiveness;
Monitor and ensure that all contracted repairs are completed satisfactorily and meet quality standards;


Driver Supervision


Supervise and support all drivers, providing guidance and addressing any driver-related issues that arise.


Compliance and Audits


Ensure all vehicle repairs and services comply with approved frameworks and safety standards.
Conduct monthly vehicle audits to assess operational vehicles and identify any that are grounded or in need of further attention.


Documentation and Reporting:


Maintain accurate records of vehicle services, repairs, and audits to provide transparency and accountability.
Prepare reports on fleet performance, service costs, and audit findings for management review.
