A Real Estate and Construction Company located in Lekki Lagos requires an URGENT AND IMMEDIATE Employment of a

( A ) LEGAL PRACTITIONER
Job Role : 1. Oversee the legal aspect of Real Estate transactions .
2. They will prepare and review legal documents relating to real estate
3. Negotiate the terms and conditions of real estate 4. Transactions, and facilitate the transfer of titles
5.Researching and identifying any legal risks in the real estate documentation .
6. Legal Practiioner with a knowledge in Real Estate Responsibilities
Researching and identifying any legal risks in the real estate documentations
7.Understanding clients’ requirements and advising them accordingly
8.Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients
9.Assisting in drafting real estate transactions
10.Negotiating real estate contract terms and conditions
11.Reviewing and preparing leases and amendments
12.Keeping a track on regulatory and compliance-related requirements
13.Representing clients in sale of properties and other exhibitions
14.Ensuring that all property documentations are in line with the property laws and regulations
15.Monitoring property taxes and value estimates
16.Drafting legal pleadings
17.Familiarity with real estate concepts such as litigation, property management, and sales transactions
18.Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field .
Holding a valid license to practice law
Minimum of 3 years experience.
